Ordering

When placing an order through the order forum (located here) we will need the following information:

The name of the items you want.
Please include the item number and quantities of each item if ordering more than one.
Your name and address.
Please include the name and address of where you would like your package to be sent to. The mailing address must match the PayPal account address.
Your intended method of payment.
If you are paying with PayPal please include the e-mail address you use to send the invoice to.

Pre-Orders

We accept pre-orders on all upcoming dolls listed on our site. Our prices may vary depending on our stock quantity and availability.

Payment has to be made in full before the 10th of the month that she is released. For example if you pre-order Paja who is due in June you have to pay on or before the 10th of June. All pre-order sales cannot be cancelled once payment is made. If no payment is made by this date, we will consider the purchase cancelled.

Please keep in mind that the manufacturer may make changes to the doll and/or the official release date at their own discretion. In the event of a cancellation of a doll (Beressa for an example) the pre-order may either be transferred to the replacement release or kept as a store credit for a future month.

All sales and pre-order sales are final. We keep our site updated with the latest promo pictures to help keep you notified of any future manufacturing changes that may occur.

Payment Methods:

All payments must be made in US dollars. We accept credit card payments only through PayPal, U.S. money orders, personal checks (must clear before order is shipped), well concealed cash (at your own risk).

Our most preferred method of payment is PayPal. Items purchased by e-check will be held until the payment clears.

Shipping::

We aim to get your order to you in a quick, reliable, and safe manner, so we have decided upon USPS priority mail (2-3 days) for the majority of our shipments.
