While we do check over each doll for any defects or abnormalities before shipping,
there may occasionally be an issue that is not visible until the doll is removed from
its packaging. Issues that are known with collecting Pullips include: broken or loose limbs, messy wigs from the packaging, plastic melts on older dolls, body staining from the dark clothing, and frayed clothing. These things can also occur with new Pullips.
If you discover what you believe is a manufacturing defect, please
contact us within three (3) days of receiving the doll with the specific details regarding the nature of the issue and include photo(s) of all the issues. If it is something we can resolve immediately, we will certainly do so. If you do not contact us within three days of receiving the doll it is understood by both the buyer and seller that the doll is acceptable and a return privilege is no longer available. We are very sorry we are not able to accept returns on any issues concerning staining or imperfections on or from the clothing on the dolls, we will try and keep you informed on their individual pages of any reports of staining. Please contact the manufacturer directly if you have an issue with the clothing.
If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please let us know immediately. We
will require you to return the incorrect item, and we will send you the correct one.
We will reimburse you for the return shipping charges (standard shipping only).
Other returns or exchanges will be decided on an individual basis.
All preorder sales are final. If you change your mind about a preorder we can offer store credit to replace the preorder with a different doll but we do not offer refunds.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE DISPLAYED IN YOUR SHOPPING CART WHEN YOU CLICK "CHECKOUT". We are required to ship to the address listed in Paypal. Do not ask us to ship to a different address. If you need to have the package shipped to a different address make the changes in your account BEFORE placing the order.
