“Neo-Angelique” is a spin-off of the original Angelique video game series and is based on the Neo-Angelique game. The anime introduces four new characters that did not appear in the original game. A sequel to the first season of the anime has been announced by KOEI, a Japanese video game publisher and developer of the Angelique series and games. The second season has been aired since July/2008.
